In May and June 2025, TERRA hosted a series of educational tours for students from Zlatopil Lyceums No. 2, No. 6, and No. 7. We were delighted to welcome our young guests to our production site and give them a behind-the-scenes look at how the products they use every day are actually made.
We believe that introducing children to the real world of work and production is essential. It is during childhood that an understanding of the value of labor, curiosity about different professions, and respect for people who create things with their own hands begins to take shape. These excursions were not just tours of a factory — they were opportunities to explore the worlds of technology, food safety, logistics, automation, and responsible manufacturing.
What the Excursions Included
During the visits, students had the chance to experience the production process up close:
Even the youngest students showed great interest, listened attentively, asked thoughtful questions, and actively discussed what they saw.
What You Taste, You Remember
After the hands-on learning portion, the children participated in a tasting of TERRA’s products — porridges, granolas, and snacks. This became a memorable highlight of each visit. Not only did the students see how food is made, but they also got to taste it immediately. For many, it was a discovery: education can be both delicious and inspiring.
We received heartfelt feedback and appreciation from students, teachers, and parents. The students shared that this was one of the most engaging and exciting excursions they’ve ever taken part in. For us, that’s not only gratifying — it’s a responsibility. Because at TERRA, we strive not only to produce high-quality food but also to build trust in Ukrainian manufacturing.
An Investment in the Future
We believe these kinds of educational experiences are meaningful investments in the future. They help spark curiosity, foster understanding of the role agribusiness plays in our national life, and can even inspire students to consider careers in the sector. That’s why TERRA is always open to collaboration with educational institutions and eager to share our expertise with the next generation.
We sincerely thank the teachers and students who visited our facility for their curiosity, openness, and trust. We are proud to be part of their learning journey.
