QUALITY AND ECO-FRIENDLINESS

The company has a quality control department that monitors compliance with technological and sanitary discipline, marking consistency, packing quality, weight and appearance of products round the clock, which makes it possible to prevent non-compliant products from getting beyond enterprise.

The process lines are equipped with rubble separators, screens and magnetic separators to prevent stones, foreign objects, metal particles and impurities from getting into the products. Right before packing products in transport containers, each consumer production unit is checked by metal detectors where products containing metal impurities are rejected.

We use only food grade lubricants in the equipment to prevent technical lubricants and oils from getting into the products.

In order to avoid microbiological contamination of products, the company has bactericidal lamps and dispensers with disinfectant solutions for our workers installed so that they could wash their hands before working with food products. We have developed special programs for equipment and premises disinfection, and placed disinfection mats in front of the production departments’ entrance. Before changing product type we always clean and sanitize production lines in order to prevent contamination of products with pathogens and allergens. The quality of production lines and premises cleaning is systematically checked, as well as our personnel compliance with the rules of hygiene by analyzing swabs for microbiological pathogens.

The company takes all measures to fight rodents and insect pests in accordance with European standards. Deratization is carried out at three levels and we use only sticky and mechanical traps, ultrasonic repellents, insecticidal lamps etc. indoors. At least twice a year disinsection and fumigation of all production and storage facilities are carried out on a routine basis to prevent the spread of insect pests and rodents.
All the personnel of the enterprise work in clean overalls and safety shoes, which protect against foreign objects, microbiology, hair etc. We also periodically conduct training and proficiency tests of sanitary requirements and the HACCP principles knowledge at food enterprises.

The company has introduced a procedure for registration and internal investigation of claims and complaints from consumers. On each customer’s complaint, we conduct an investigation, a thorough analysis of the causes and, if the validity of the complaint is confirmed, measures are taken to prevent such cases in the future.

LOGISTICS

A new elevator with a total capacity of 10 thousand tons of grain was built. All products are stored in advanced storage facilities with a modern rack storage system in accordance with the effective FIFO rotation principles.

We have special rooms with air conditioning systems for ingredients and products that require special temperature-humidity storage conditions. We constantly monitor the temperature and humidity of the production and storage premises.

Management of all processes in the elevator-production-warehouses chain is fully automated. Software and equipment are provided to us by leading foreign companies.

Before being loaded into any type of transport both consumer and weight products are placed on europallets and wrapped in stretch film.
