Last week, on April 18-19, 2024, two significant events took place in the business world – the XV International Practical Conference Food&NonFoodMaster-2024 and the VII All-Ukrainian Practical Conference for Procurement and Category Managers CatManMaster-2024. These events, which brought together manufacturers, distributors and retailers from different countries, took place in Kyiv.
The main theme of this year was the deepening of the cooperation optimal experience between retailers and suppliers, as well as the improvement of Ukrainian business as a whole. An important aspect of the events was the implementation of the National Project “Preparing Producers and Networks for the 2024 Food Procurement Season in Ukraine,” initiated by TradeMasterGroup, with the support of the USAID Agriculture Growing Rural Opportunities program – AGRO.
Participants of the conference, including Oksana Shevchenko, the Head of Key Account Department, actively shared their experiences and exchanged ideas, noting the importance of openness and friendly communication to achieve business goals. These meetings confirmed that working together and sharing knowledge is the key to success in modern business. Conference participants were inspired for new achievements and the further development of their enterprises, as well as the development of Ukrainian business as a whole.
